LexisNexis Risk Solutions is looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will work closely with internal groups to translate public safety customer needs into clear product requirements and help drive their implementation. This position requires you to work East Coast business hours.
What You'll Do
- Build awareness of key customer needs and participate in customer discovery activities.
- Write clear, concise product requirements and detailed technical user stories.
- Help deliver on existing customer commitments and support go-to-market launch plans.
- Monitor competitive announcements and analyze key feature area metrics from dashboards.
- Seek out data to support decisions and share insights with the team.
- Distribute product information to educate sales and marketing teams.
- Develop an understanding of the customer experience, product marketing, and company technology.
- Participate in select customer events and recommend plans for feature functionality.
- Execute defined product strategy and proactively ask questions about strategic goals.
- Learn technologies to assist with day-to-day tasks.
What We're Looking For
- 0-2 years of Product Management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Understanding of software development methodologies like Agile Scrum and Kanban, and experience writing user stories.
- US Citizenship is required for this specific role.
- Ability to pass an enhanced criminal background check conducted in compliance with FBI CJIS security policy.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical subject like Computer Science or an Engineering discipline.
- Experience in Government, Law Enforcement industries, and/or public records.
- Familiarity with Law Enforcement products such as Accurint Virtual Crime Center and Accurint TraX.

- Compensation: U.S. National Base Pay Range: $52,800 - $88,000. Geographic differentials apply.
