Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors seeks an Associate Producer to craft unforgettable brand experiences through high-impact B2B event production. In this remote role, you will manage end-to-end program execution, from timeline coordination to client reporting, while working cross-functionally with creative and strategic teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage and execute event programs up to $500,000 with precision and professionalism.
- Support senior and executive producers on larger activations, overseeing specific elements like vendor procurement and negotiations.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, production schedules, run-of-show outlines, and action lists.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients to translate production needs into actionable plans.
- Own budget development and reconciliation for assigned projects or segments.
- Lead onboarding processes for freelance production staff and ensure adherence to internal compliance.
- Ensure timely completion of team timesheets and expenses.
- Coordinate onsite logistics, including lifting and setting up equipment, with a flexible approach to work hours and locations.
What We're Looking For
- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in event production, ideally in an agency setting.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Effective communicator with both internal teams and clients, adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Comfortable with hybrid work, including onsite event support and physical activity such as lifting or kneeling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Apple tools, project management platforms, and social media.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends when events demand it.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel.
