LTIMindtree is looking for an Associate Principal - Architecture to spearhead application modernization and migration initiatives to the Azure PaaS platform. This role is central to designing containerized, cloud-native solutions and providing technical leadership for our teams.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage teams of more than 5 members, providing technical guidance.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architect, Data Platform, DevOps, and Integration Teams to ensure cloud adoption follows best practices.
Design Azure Landing Zone and provide Azure target state solution architecture.
Ensure proposed solutions cover Azure strategy, stakeholder management, business application, infrastructure, and commercial value.
Work with internal and customer stakeholders to understand migration requirements and provide solutions.
Prepare solution presentations.
Analyze application dependencies and architecture integrations.
Perform application performance assessment pre and post migration.
Troubleshoot Azure PaaS platform issues.

What We're Looking For

13+ years of development and application modernization/containerization experience.
Experience in hosting and configuring applications on IIS and Azure PaaS platform.
Expertise in modernization/migration to Azure PaaS services (Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Container Instance).
Hands-on web application development skills.
Hands-on experience developing and hosting web applications on Azure PaaS/containerization platforms.
Primary database skills like database connectivity configurations.
Well-versed in containerizing web application frontend and web services.
In-depth knowledge of hosting containerized applications on Kubernetes.
Ability to manage AKS clusters.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find alternate ways to reach goals.
Very good understanding of application migration scenarios and pathways.
Good customer connect and positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills to manage customer calls.
Ability to work well in a team.

Nice to Have

Rich experience in Azure managed services on PaaS (AKS, ACA, Web App for Containers).
Basic understanding of containerization and AKS service.
