MeridianLink is looking for an Associate Manager, Program Manager to lead the delivery of implementation projects and managed services. You will coordinate high-visibility projects, ensure smooth onboarding, and help shape the customer experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation overview and discovery calls with new clients.
- Review and manage project change requests and create custom Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Support project teams with escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and internal tools.
- Process sales orders, set up projects, and verify revenue tracking.
- Conduct monthly quality checks on active projects, including reviewing plans and revenue recognition.
- Audit project workspaces for accuracy and completion.
- Keep backlog and reporting up to date for financial reviews.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of project delivery and process improvement.
- Comfortable analyzing data and solving problems independently.
- Excellent communication skills for working with peers and presenting technical information.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Smartsheet, and MS Office.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and eagerness to learn new technologies.
