Nestlé is seeking an Associate Manager, Maintenance Engineer to deliver critical technical support for Maintenance and Improvement (M&I) operations within our factory. In this role, you will enhance business objectives, product quality, and plant performance while maintaining an uncompromising commitment to health, safety, and product safety.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and deploy Engineering core Competence; assist with training and skills assessment for technical teams.
- Enable high-performance operations by managing asset life cycle according to Nestlé Strategy, utilizing TPM/PM and AMM.
- Support Capital Investments projects, ensuring technical solutions follow standards and are delivered on time, within budget, and to expected quality.
- Ensure Process & Equipment safety for people, products, and the environment; exhibit intolerance for unsafe situations and manage Change Management for M&I solutions.
- Master product and process characteristics to continuously improve factory quality, safety, and efficiency while protecting technological know-how.
- Implement engineering tools at the site level (e.g., NSAT, NIMS, AMM) and ensure M&I installations comply with all safety, health, environment, and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience in Maintenance and Improvement.
- Personnel supervision experience, managing technical teams, contractors, or third parties.
- Participation in the development of engineering projects as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Participation in the start-up of technical equipment and/or production lines.
- Ability to self-manage performance against defined KPIs and objectives.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to TPM methodologies, preventive maintenance planning, and/or maintenance execution.
