Sioufas & Associates is seeking an experienced Associate Lawyer with a strong background in Property Law and Real Estate transactions to join their Real Estate Department. The role involves managing legal actions related to real estate, including property transfers, land registry procedures, and compliance with property regulations.
What You'll Do
- Managing property transfers and related documentation
- Handling procedures for the Land Registry and Cadastre
- Acting on forestry and urban planning issues
- Drafting and reviewing lease agreements
- Ensuring compliance with applicable property and real estate regulations

- At least 10 years of proven expertise in Property Law and Real Estate transactions
