AeroVect was looking for an Associate, Growth and Global GTM (Sales Operations)

AeroVect is hiring an Associate for Growth and Global GTM (Sales Operations). This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product, where you will equip our commercial team with essential collateral and ensure every deal progresses efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Build customer-facing collateral, including first drafts of pitch decks, technical briefs, RFP responses, tenders, feasibility studies, ROI models, and case studies.
  • Provide contract support by assembling redlines, tracking versions, and coordinating with Legal and Finance to keep MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and POs on schedule.
  • Handle sales operations tasks, including updating the CRM, maintaining a content library, and ensuring the team has immediate access to the latest slides, spec sheets, and pricing models.
  • Join and lead prospect and customer calls throughout the sales cycle; draft emails, schedule meetings, and represent AeroVect with clear communication and judgment.
  • Project-manage long sales cycles by helping manage customer engagement timelines, chasing internal reviews, and identifying bottlenecks proactively.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in management consulting or investment banking.
  • Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to build models and slides quickly and accurately.
  • Willingness to speak up and hold team members accountable to timelines.
  • Solid understanding of contract structures and strong contract/legal intuition.
  • Ruthless attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open items simultaneously.
  • Bias for action and a focus on shipping drafts efficiently.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM hygiene and sales-enablement tools.

  • Passion for aviation and enterprise sales.
  • New York City location is preferred; exceptional remote candidates in US time zones will be considered.

This is a hybrid position based in New York City.
