Jobgether is hiring an Associate Director of Strategy & Design to lead strategic initiatives for top-tier beauty and wellness brands. In this remote role, you will drive market impact and audience engagement by collaborating with internal teams and clients to craft compelling brand strategies, messaging, campaigns, and social programs.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies, including positioning, messaging, and campaign initiatives.
- Collaborate with creative, digital growth, and operations teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
- Conduct in-depth research on client industries, audiences, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic recommendations.
- Engage directly with clients to understand goals, provide strategic guidance, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, performance metrics, and campaign results to continuously refine brand strategies.
- Document and optimize internal workflows, ensuring seamless project phasing and efficient team collaboration.
- Present strategic narratives and recommendations confidently, tailoring storytelling to both internal stakeholders and clients.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand strategy, campaign strategy, and/or social strategy.
- Proven experience in a branding or marketing agency environment with measurable success in brand positioning and messaging.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and guide decision-makers.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments with changing trends and priorities.
- Strategic thinker with creativity and a passion for driving transformative change in brand development.

- Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000.
