Jobgether is looking for an Engagement Manager to coordinate and deliver key aspects of customer data onboarding projects. You will ensure seamless collaboration between clients, data partners, and internal teams to keep initiatives on track.
What You'll Do
- Own the data onboarding project plans for multiple new customer engagements.
- Serve as primary point-of-contact for data partners during implementation, coordinating meetings and addressing requests.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Customer Success Directors, Solutions Architects, and Business Analysts, to develop timelines and deliver updates.
- Track progress of back-end data activities, such as specification reviews and JIRA tickets for data ingestion.
- Identify risks or issues and escalate as necessary to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop and refine implementation standards, documentation, and recommendations for supporting tools and technologies.
- Conduct internal “lessons learned” sessions to continually improve project processes.

- Familiarity with project management tools and best practices (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA/Confluence).
Nice to Have
- 5+ years of experience in pharma/biotech, health tech startups, or healthcare consulting.
- 5+ years in customer engagement or program management roles, including agile methodologies.

- Compensation: $85,000–$105,000
