Shape the financial future of a multi-market fintech business by leading planning, analysis, and strategic decision support. In this role, you will coordinate budgeting and forecasting across Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, and the Philippines, ensuring alignment between regional operations and group-level objectives. You’ll work closely with business leaders, corporate development, and senior executives to translate strategic goals into financial plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial forecasts by gathering input from operations, analyzing trends, and aligning outcomes with company strategy
- Lead the annual budgeting cycle, identifying risks, opportunities, and return on investment to guide investment prioritization
- Design and maintain financial models to assess business performance, economic trade-offs, and strategic scenarios
- Serve as a trusted advisor to regional teams by identifying performance trends and explaining variances
- Break down financial results by product, channel, and customer segment to guide growth and profitability improvements
- Monitor key business drivers, market shifts, and competitive dynamics to inform leadership decisions
- Deliver regular and on-demand financial reports to executives, tailored to strategic needs
- Enhance finance processes through automation and innovation in reporting and planning systems
- Support investor relations with periodic reporting and follow-up on investor inquiries
- Contribute to strategic projects including M&A, fundraising, due diligence, and valuation modeling
- Track evolving fintech market trends and investor expectations to guide leadership strategy
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should bring at least seven years of experience in financial planning, corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting. A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required, with an MBA or master’s degree considered an advantage. You must have a proven ability to work across functions—such as product, technology, and marketing—to integrate financial insights into business planning.
