Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to all applicable safety policies, regulations, and guidelines
- Manage execution of the technical components of CAPEX projects within approved budgets, defined scopes, and scheduled timelines
- Develop and implement engineering plans and project strategies that support objectives across Engineering, Design, Construction, Commissioning, and Qualification phases
- Coordinate and oversee engineering teams to promote efficient collaboration and alignment
- Track engineering progress consistently to verify schedule adherence and detect emerging risks
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships to secure quality deliverables and timely performance
- Develop and communicate technical standards to ensure consistent application across project activities
- Address complex technical challenges during project execution, requiring in-depth technical expertise
- Verify that all project technical elements comply with regulatory standards such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and relevant industry requirements
