About the Role

This role leads the strategic marketing efforts aimed at healthcare providers, focusing on building awareness, driving product adoption, and supporting long-term brand success through compliant, evidence-based campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for healthcare provider audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align promotional campaigns with medical and regulatory standards
  • Design data-informed marketing plans to support product launch and lifecycle initiatives
  • Manage brand positioning and messaging tailored to healthcare professionals
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to guide strategic decisions
  • Partner with analytics teams to measure campaign performance and optimize outreach
  • Support lifecycle planning by identifying new opportunities for product differentiation
  • Serve as a key liaison between marketing, medical affairs, and commercial operations
  • Ensure all promotional content adheres to legal, regulatory, and compliance guidelines
  • Lead agency partners in developing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Develop strategic insights from healthcare provider feedback and prescribing patterns
  • Coordinate timing of marketing initiatives with broader commercial timelines
  • Contribute to long-range planning and budget forecasting for marketing activities
  • Advocate for healthcare provider needs within internal strategy discussions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic area developments and treatment guidelines
  • Drive cross-departmental alignment on key marketing objectives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Foster relationships with key external stakeholders in the healthcare community
