Cullinan Therapeutics is looking for an Associate Director, Data Management to oversee the governance, quality, and strategic use of data critical to our mission.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement data management strategies, policies, and standards
- Lead data governance initiatives to ensure integrity, security, and compliance
- Design and optimize data workflows and architectures
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions
- Drive the adoption of data best practices and foster a data-driven culture
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive experience in data management, governance, or data architecture
- Proven leadership experience in establishing data strategies and managing complex projects
- Deep expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
- Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and security protocols
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Nice to Have
- Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with clinical data management and regulatory submissions
- Background in statistical analysis or data science
- Certification in data management (e.g., CDMP, DGSP)
