This position is part of AbbVie's Information Security & Risk Management (ISRM) team within Business Technology Solutions. The Identity & Access Management (IAM) team is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the organization's IAM strategy, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant access to systems and data. The IAM team supports all verticals including User Lifecycle Management, Privileged Account Management, Directory Services, MFA/Federation/SSO, Access Certifications, Role Based Access Control, External Identity Management, and Application & System Integration. In the role of Associate Director, Customer Enablement & Innovation, you'll tackle complex challenges as you develop and diversify your professional experiences while helping others grow and develop their skills.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Understanding the IAM strategy and driving customer education and adoption for key initiatives such as IGA Automation, RBAC, Federation, MFA, and Passwordless
- Interfacing directly with IAM Leads to understand product roadmaps and capabilities, and providing requirements to enable customer experience and adoption
- Establishing key stakeholder relationships and governance forums to gather customer requirements, while communicating information and key priorities
- Championing the IAM roadmap and ensuring alignment with key organizational objectives
- Developing a persona-based IAM Portal to simplify solutions, offer self-service, document instructions/code samples, and provide support options
- Serving as single point of contact for IAM initiatives relative to onboarding/usage documentation, metrics, and audit response
- Defining and implementing a unified end-to-end user experience for all IAM offerings
- Establishing a mechanism for measuring KPIs/KRIs and implementing continuous controls monitoring with defined operational procedures
- Ensuring that IAM systems meet regulatory requirements
- Leading a team covering: Self-Service IAM Portal, Voice of the Customer/User Experience, Adoption Metrics/Continuous Controls Monitoring, RBAC and Dynamic Approvals/Policy Adoption, and Audit Response Coordination
