Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals including in-house and contract staff in graphic design, animation, video production, and related fields.
- Take full ownership of the creative process from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate on developing campaigns, videos, documentation, presentations, and seasonal creative projects aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Apply and uphold brand guidelines, identifying opportunities to enhance and strengthen the brand across all channels.
- Plan and implement improvements to the production quality of webinars and podcasts.
- Present creative concepts and campaign work to stakeholders across the organization.
- Ensure creative output supports company growth goals and coordinate with various departments on short-term creative needs.
- Evaluate, onboard, and manage freelance and contract creative resources as required.
- Oversee the daily workflow of the Creative Team, assigning projects and balancing team capacity.
- Manage project scope, proactively adjusting timelines or expectations when priorities change.
- Stay current with creative, marketing, and industry trends, introducing fresh ideas and best practices to the team.
- Identify and advocate for AI tools and workflows that accelerate ideation, streamline production, and scale content output.
- Foster a creative work environment that encourages collaboration, experimentation, and professional development.
