Buckman International, an entrepreneurial company with sustainability and digital ambitions at its core, is hiring an Associate Digital Innovation Engineer - Ackumen Support. You will be part of the remote monitoring team, applying your chemical engineering expertise to create and use advanced tools for monitoring customer facilities globally across the Paper, Water, Leather, and Performance Chemicals sectors.

What You'll Do

Create and use advanced tools to monitor customer facilities around the world.
Detect, diagnose, and respond in real time to system anomalies.
Optimize system performance remotely.
Assist with installation, commissioning, and device management.
Assist with user acceptance testing.
Work with key sales and service stakeholders to ensure systems are managed consistently and efficiently.
Staff night shifts on a rotating basis.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field from a reputed university.
1-2 years of work experience in the chemical engineering field.
Strong communication skills in English and ability to work with global stakeholders effectively.
An aptitude to learn digital tools and technologies.

Nice to Have

2+ years of experience in the chemical engineering field.
Hands-on work experience with open-source data analytics toolsets such as R, Python, or MATLAB.
Background and expertise in one of the following: Advanced use of Excel, Exposure to data analytics and visualization platforms, Software, or Internet of Things applications.
