What You'll Do
Design and deploy machine learning models to forecast electricity demand, generation output, and market prices, with a focus on renewable sources like wind and solar. Build and maintain systems that deliver accurate, real-time predictions to inform decision-making.
Evaluate electrical infrastructure and grid configurations as they relate to decarbonization, including the integration of clean energy technologies, power electronics, and large-scale electrification efforts. Assess how emerging systems perform under real-world conditions.
Support long-term planning for transmission networks and resource allocation, conducting studies on renewable integration and running production cost simulations. Deliver data-driven insights that shape strategic recommendations.
Lead technical assessments of energy projects, focusing on grid reliability, storage solutions, and industrial electrification. Translate complex findings into clear, strategic guidance for clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with scientists, policy analysts, and business teams to develop client-ready deliverables and contribute to thought leadership in the climate space. Help shape technical publications and reports on grid modernization and low-carbon energy systems.
