Digital Media Management is seeking an Associate Creative Director to own creative development and execution for select entertainment clients. You will report to the Creative Director and collaborate with platform and strategy teams to refine creative strategy and maintain daily quality control.
What You'll Do
- Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Conceive, craft, and help execute best-in-class creative and content ideas on brand, on strategy, on time, and on budget.
- Create, follow, and implement style guides across assigned clients and projects.
- Act as a client-facing resource and provide solutions for any design-related issues.
- Provide daily quality control over assigned projects.
- Drive best practices across all creative including conceptual thinking, art direction, design, and production.
- Anticipate obstacles to project timelines and implement creative solutions.
- Collaborate daily with department leads to align on priorities and maximize client ROI.
- Inspire, grow, and mentor creatives to provide clear career paths.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working in a fast-paced, social-media-focused marketing agency.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience leading a team of creatives.
- Experience working on pitches and proposals.
- Experience in the entertainment industry.

You will report to the Creative Director and work alongside the creative department, platform, and strategy teams.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $130,000 - $135,000
- DMM pays 100% of the cost for employee medical, dental, and vision premiums, and covers 40% of dependent premium costs.
