Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with clients, acting as a trusted business partner.

- Drive business performance through strategic planning, analysis, and optimization.

- Support commercial planning, resource management, and profitability objectives.
- Lead client presentations, business reviews, and strategic discussions.
- Ensure delivery excellence, quality standards, and achievement of agreed KPIs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Support new business initiatives, pitches, and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Keep senior leadership informed of key developments, risks, and opportunities within the business.

- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong track record of driving business growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction
