Ornua is hiring an Associate Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth and market share for our portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies and plans.
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform brand decisions.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Manage brand budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing resources.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Nice to Have
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing.
- Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
