Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring an Associate, Asset Management - Hotels & Hospitality MENA to join our team in Dubai. This full-time role involves supporting our hotel asset management business across the Middle East and North Africa, focusing on maximizing asset performance and value for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial models and reports for hotel assets
- Conduct strategic positioning and operational performance reviews
- Review and assess hotel profitability, benchmarking against market norms
- Prepare analysis for yearly budget negotiations with hotel operators
- Prepare market commentaries and Asset Management presentations
- Work closely with all stakeholders while acting in the best interest of hotel ownership
- Work both independently and as part of a team depending on project scale
- Collaborate seamlessly with the wider JLL MENA team across business lines
- Assist the Asset Management MENA team in developing new business opportunities
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in hospitality or business management from a major hotel management school or university
- 3 to 5 years of experience in hotel asset management, finance, or revenue management
- Required hotels and hospitality sector experience with an advanced understanding of hotel operations
- Essential international work or study experience
Technical Stack
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Team & Environment
You will report to the Vice President, Hotels & Hospitality MENA within the JLL Hotels and Hospitality Group.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
