This role supports the financial integrity of a global logistics organization by managing essential accounting functions from the Monterrey office. You will carry out daily general ledger activities, perform account reconciliations, and contribute to accurate financial reporting. Your work will directly support the month-end closing process, ensuring data consistency and compliance with established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine accounting tasks following defined operating standards
- Process journal entries and maintain accurate records through analysis of financial activity
- Support internal controls and collaborate with team members to resolve accounting matters
- Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss reports
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data during reporting cycles
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff while managing routine tasks independently
- Participate in audits and compliance reviews as needed
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is required, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and fluency in English. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail, sound analytical abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.

Work Environment
