What You'll Do
Perform daily accounting operations including general ledger entries and month-end reconciliations to ensure financial records remain accurate and up to date. Follow established procedures to maintain compliance and support the integrity of financial reporting.
Compile and analyze accounting data to track account activity and assist in the preparation of key financial statements such as balance sheets and profit and loss reports. Help verify the completeness and accuracy of financial documentation ahead of internal and external reviews.
Collaborate with team members to resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters when necessary. Support internal controls and contribute to process improvements across accounting functions.
Requirements
Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Show fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in Monterrey. Employees engage with colleagues on-site two days per week, with remote work supported for the remainder of the week.
