The Associate Account Manager, Advantage by AP, will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of UK-based clients at Acceleration Partners, managing relationships, deliverables, strategy, and execution. This fully remote position demands leadership in delegation, client satisfaction, and strategic innovation to drive performance and retention.
What You'll Do
- Lead, manage, and hold team accountable for timeliness and quality of deliverables
- Be viewed as a reliable, go-to person for team and clients
- Comfortable with team delegation; clearly setting expectations, clarifying boundaries, and ensuring clear work assignments
- Maintain composure and personal engagement through difficult and stressful situations while keeping others motivated
- Participate in firm building when opportunities arise including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, cross-team collaboration, and cultural & social initiatives
- Consistently provide strong and quality client service
- Act as a point of contact for clients
- Escalate issues or key risks as appropriate
- Work with teams to ensure client develops trust in our team
- Oversee client outputs and communication delivered in the AP way
- Maintain a high-level of innovation and strategy in client communications
- Develop and nurture excellent client relationships
- Achieve very high client satisfaction and retention rates with a net promoter score of 8+
- Manage successful client programs by developing effective strategies and efficient tactical plans
- Achieve client’s goals and objectives
- Manage tightly to client scope
- Escalate any related issues accordingly

- Manage multiple campaigns at 85% full ownership

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience
- Direct affiliate marketing experience (in-house, agency, network)
- Knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- UK Market Knowledge
Nice to Have
- Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports
- Working knowledge of HTML
- Previous experience managing and motivating direct reports

Compensation: £37–45K depending on location and experience
