Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by proactively identifying, prospecting, and engaging SMB sellers and brands across EMEA with a focus to Netherlands & Nordics to expand Mirakl Connect's footprint
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, managing pipeline, delivering compelling solution presentations, and negotiating deals to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Serve as a trusted advisor to SMB clients, consulting on their multi-channel expansion needs and demonstrating how Mirakl Connect's Channel Management solution delivers measurable value
- Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless integrations and accelerated time-to-value for new customers
- Provide market intelligence by tracking industry trends, competitive activity, and SMB challenges to refine sales approaches and inform go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a closing sales role with a proven track record in the SMB segment
- Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline, negotiating deals, and achieving or surpassing revenue targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—able to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop actionable insights from data
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and passionate about driving results in a high-growth environment
- Team player: You collaborate effectively and share best practices to elevate team performance
- Bilingual English (C2 level required)
