Walkers is hiring an Assistant Vice President (Fiduciary) for our dynamic transaction management team in Dublin. This role focuses on serving the structured finance and aviation finance industry. You will join a client-facing, professionally qualified team in a growing organization that emphasizes continuous development and career progression within a supportive, team-based environment.
What You'll Do
- Act as transaction manager for your own portfolio of structured finance and aircraft leasing special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
- Assist with the management of the day-to-day workload of junior staff.
- Serve as director to a portfolio of SPVs, being the primary point of contact for all fiduciary and transaction management issues.
- Demonstrate complex problem-solving skills, anticipate issues, lead client board meetings and effectively manage a busy portfolio of clients and team members with competing deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring a high quality, responsive and professional service.
- Lead and manage the delivery of internal regulatory, operational and ad hoc projects and initiatives.
- Demonstrate awareness of legal or regulatory developments and proactively ensure the team is positioned to address challenges.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures while actively contributing to process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of six years experience in a relevant legal, financial services or corporate administration role.
- Strong academic credentials with a university degree.
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills.
- Energy, enthusiasm and a proactive, solution-driven attitude.
- Ability to think on your feet, show attention to detail and plan and organize work effectively.
- Strong organizational, analytical and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced client-facing environment where delivering a professional service is key.

- A legal, company secretarial or accounting professional qualification would be an advantage.
