Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Teacher to inspire children to become lifelong learners. This role is a journey where you learn, grow, thrive, and play every day.
What You'll Do
- Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
- Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
- Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children.
- Effectively communicate with families.
- Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
- Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
What We're Looking For
- The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $15.60-$16.21 per hour.
- Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
