Lidl is looking for an Assistant Store Manager (Υποδιευθυντής/ρια καταστήματος) to be the right hand of the Store Manager, responsible for the entire store's operations in Greece. You will organize and improve the store, lead your team, and ensure a positive customer experience every day.
What You'll Do
- Act as the right hand of the Store Manager, stepping in when they are absent.
- Ensure the store, products, and customer experience are always at their best.
- Perform hands-on tasks including transporting, carrying, and arranging goods.
- Organize, guide, and help your team to work more efficiently.
- Look for ways to improve the store and boost its performance indicators.
- Manage financial aspects, key performance indicators, and inventory counts.
What We're Looking For
- Technical school diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- Valid driver's license for passenger cars (Ι.Χ.).
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams.
- Clear business thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide the best possible shopping experience based on courtesy and friendliness.
- A flexible schedule open to different shifts.
- Ability to make quick decisions and solve challenges.
Nice to Have
- Previous work experience in retail.
Team & Environment
You will report to and work closely with the Store Manager (Διευθυντής/ρια Καταστήματος), while also managing your own team.
