- Support rapid and visible teacher improvement through daily observations, immediate coaching, data reviews, and evaluations
- Oversee the delivery of TEKS-aligned curriculum and assessments to meet rigorous academic targets
- Evaluate weekly lesson plans and deliver actionable feedback to educators
- Analyze and interpret data to identify priorities and create strategies for achieving clear objectives
- Continuously seek improvement by reflecting on past decisions and adjusting future actions
- Share student progress updates with learners and their families
- Build trusting, respectful relationships with students and families rooted in cultural understanding
- Leverage technology effectively for communication, instruction, and professional efficiency
- Support the design and execution of a consistent behavior system that strengthens character and community
- Help cultivate a school culture that promotes energy, productivity, and engagement for all students
- Manage on-campus tutoring programs
- Attend weekly leadership meetings, grade-level collaborations, and school-wide events including before and after-school duties
- Engage in ongoing professional learning at the district, school, and individual levels throughout the year and during summer
- Commit to a minimum of 40+ hours per week on-site
- Take on additional duties such as after-school or weekend tutoring as student needs require
