About the Role

EVEREVE Incorporated is hiring an Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in upholding our mission, culture, and brand guidelines. You will play a key role in ensuring every customer receives the signature EVEREVE Styling Experience and feels seen and connected with.

What You'll Do

  • Act and lead through the core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
  • Support recruiting efforts to build a team of great talent aligned with HEART culture and styling experience.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor with a passion for fashion and trends.
  • Lead by example, following standards set by the company and Store Manager.
  • Assist the Store Manager in coaching, teaching, and developing employees.
  • Support upholding operational excellence through daily store operations, inventory, fulfillment, and visual standards.
  • Drive for results through personal and team styling performance, Trendsend styling, order fulfillment, customer outreach, and payroll support.
  • Maintain a sales expectation of $20,000 per month.
  • Lead a Division of Responsibility based on store volume group.

You will partner closely with the Store Manager, reporting directly to them, and help lead the store team.
