About the Role In this position, you are responsible for guiding the conceptualization, advancement, deployment, and orchestration of Gap Inc's production and supplier capability framework, generating value through skillfully balancing creativity, excellence, and economic efficiency. You will demonstrate proficiency in navigating a complex, interconnected global environment, collaborating seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams (Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Quality Control, Environmental Sustainability, Material Research and Development, and Global Procurement). You will execute tasks with precision and strategic insight, ensuring product progression through established channels and meeting critical timelines to fulfill product-to-market requirements. What You'll Do - Develop comprehensive seasonal approaches to minimize fabric acquisition risks before line confirmation - Implement vendor engagement protocols across business segments and product categories for both seasonal and rapid pipelines - Guarantee product accessibility for seasonal and accelerated pipelines at specific product category levels Who You Are - Construct analytical methodologies to optimize post-line adoption processes - Dynamically adjust team priorities in response to customer and stakeholder expectations - Provide direct operational leadership for service, administrative, or operational teams
