The Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company (DP World) is hiring an Assistant Manager – Marketing Design for its Global Logistics business. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of marketing and sales materials, from concept to distribution, ensuring all deliverables align with business objectives and corporate identity.
What You'll Do
- Design and produce marketing and sales materials for digital and print audiences, ensuring alignment with brand identity and standards.
- Manage the full creative lifecycle, including concept development, content collection, design, localisation, quality assurance, and distribution.
- Safeguard and promote consistent use of corporate design guidelines across all global, regional, and local marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with regional marketing and sales team members to deliver material upon request.
- Translate business objectives into effective visual communications that support Global Logistics growth and regional market priorities.
- Develop design templates, toolkits, and scalable assets to increase efficiency and accessibility across teams.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and process efficiency.
- Adhere to timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time, on brand, and within scope.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design and production.
- Skilled in developing a range of sales and marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and digital media.
- Strong understanding of brand consistency across markets.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms, marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and AI tools to support efficient collateral creation.
- Ability to work across functions including sales, marketing, legal, compliance, and creative teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in sales enablement and marketing in a B2B setting or the supply chain industry.
- Experience in transport, logistics, or similar B2B industries.
- Familiarity with adapting content to regional markets and cultural nuances.

You will work closely with the Global Senior Manager – Marketing Production, reporting directly to them. Your role involves partnering with regional marketing teams, product managers, global sales leaders, DP World’s Corporate Design Studio, and external vendors.
