Park Hyatt Seoul, an art-inspired residential glasshouse hotel where contemporary luxury meets authentic Korean hospitality, is hiring an Assistant Manager for our Engineering team. You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The role assists the Director of Engineering in ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments.
What You'll Do
- Ensure efficient and economic operation of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating Departments.
- Supply services as required to the entire operation.
- Maintain equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent proficiency in English and fluent proficiency in Korean.
Nice to Have
- Degree or diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management.
- Knowledge in preventive maintenance programmes and special projects.
- Technical knowledge of systems such as air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, fire main systems, sprinklers, water/waste treatment, or hydraulics.
Team & Environment
You will assist the Director of Engineering and report directly to them, working within the hotel renowned for its exquisite dining experiences, innovative bespoke experiences, and attentive service tailored to individual preferences.
Work Mode
This position is onsite at Park Hyatt Seoul, located in the Gangnam district of Seoul.
