Lifetime Activities is hiring a part-time Assistant Instructor in Cupertino to help coach children in a variety of sports and activities. You will play a key role in creating a fun, safe, and positive environment where kids can learn new skills and stay active.
What You'll Do
- Assist with coaching and interacting with kids of all ages in activities like tennis, badminton, table-tennis, basketball, pickleball, and chess.
- Follow lesson plans and safety guidelines.
- Work with a wide range of skill levels, focusing on beginning through intermediate.
- Operate within a team-based environment.

- An engaging, fun, friendly, and welcoming attitude that children respond well to.
- Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately to a group of children.
- Patience when dealing with students new to a sport.
- Ability to follow a lesson plan and safety guidelines.
- Ability to work with a wide range of skill levels (beginning through intermediate).
- A repertoire of games and drills to get students moving and having fun.
- A strong work ethic, including being punctual and professional at all times.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to contribute and operate within a team-based environment.
Nice to Have
- Previous coaching experience.
- Solid playing ability in relevant sports.
