Australian Unity is seeking an Assistant in Nursing (Care Companion) to enrich lives through personalized care and companionship at our St Patrick's Green aged care facility in Kogarah, NSW. This role operates within our unique Better Together® social model of ageing well, creating a genuine sense of home and community in a smaller, household-style environment.
What You'll Do
- Support residents with daily care and companionship
- Build strong, genuine relationships with residents, their families, and your team
- Keep everyone safe by following all health and safety guidelines
What We're Looking For
- A Certificate III in Individual Support/Disability or having completed the first year of a Nursing course
- A current NDISWC or willingness to apply for one
- Full vaccination for COVID-19 (minimum 1 dose)
- Full working rights in Australia (no visa sponsorship available)
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 days across Monday to Friday
Nice to Have
- Availability to work Wednesday PM and Friday AM/PM is favourable

- Compensation: $35.72 per hour + super + casual loading if applicable
