Oliver & Bonacini is hiring an Assistant General Manager, Fine Dining - Auberge du Pommier

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations and staff in a fine dining setting.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences through high-quality service and attention to detail.
  • Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Oversee food and beverage operations, including inventory and cost control.
