Dandy is hiring an Assistant General Counsel, Commercial to drive its legal function and provide commercial guidance to leadership. You'll be responsible for managing legal risks while supporting rapid growth and maximizing business ROI.

What You'll Do

• Be a key member of the legal team, providing appropriate risk management across Dandy’s business while encouraging rapid growth.
• Draft and negotiate Dandy’s commercial agreements with customers and partners, with an eye toward efficiency and mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional commercial teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Go-to-Market, and Marketing to maximize ROI.
• Support company initiatives related to product and market launches, pricing, go-to-market motions, and customer lifecycle matters.
• Translate information security, technology, regulatory, compliance, and other legal requirements across sales, marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advise Dandy’s founders and executive team on legal matters generally and act as trusted advisor on all matters of risk.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience as a lawyer generally.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial focused work.
• A JD from a top-notch law school.
• A proven track record in executive leadership or a demonstrable ability to get there.

Nice to Have

• 2+ years of experience in-house at a tech company, B2B startups preferred.
• A degree in STEM.
