The Flexi Group is hiring an Assistant Community Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities and deliver an unrivalled member experience. You'll work closely with management to build lasting relationships, drive community events, and act as the go-to person for sales activities for your space.
What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with members and proactively understand their needs.
- Solve member-related issues to foster a collaborative community.
- Identify opportunities for how the Hive can help achieve members’ goals.
- Deliver and ensure a personalised, high-quality member experience.
- Make recommendations on how to improve the overall member experience.
- Handle membership sales, packages, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Mentor Community Associates and junior staff on conducting high-quality tours.
- Attend external and internal events as a representative of your location.
- Manage pipeline and deal flow to ensure warm leads are acted on.
- Organise member-welcoming and member move-ins/outs.
- Handle basic finance tasks, such as petty cash, invoicing, and receipt of payments.
- Order pantry supplies in a timely manner.
- Work with Community Associates to ensure overall cleanliness of the space.
- Liaise with the Design team regarding maintenance and improvements.
- Conduct quality control checks and address issues immediately.
- Work with the Events team to brainstorm, plan, and organise events.
- Drive collaboration and partnerships across different industries.
- Liaise with the Art Department to ensure event collateral is well-produced.
- Ensure calendar and notice boards are always updated.
- Capture images showcasing office spaces, events, and community for social media.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Ensure events are consistently promoted in a timely manner.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience in customer service, sales, events, or related industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and fast thinking.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Fluency in English and Thai.
Nice to Have
- A university degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in coworking, real estate, or startups.
- Any additional language is a plus.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with the Location Manager, Senior Location Manager, General Manager, and Operations Manager, depending on the location and country structure.
