Arla Foods is hiring an Assistant Commercial Development Manager to support our business expansion in Thailand. Based in Bangkok, you will support the Country Representative and the growth strategy across the country, embodying our corporate DNA of Lead, Sense, Create.
What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of strategy, focusing on growth, innovation, and customer-centric solutions.
- Lead MRO/NPD projects and ensure compliance with local and regional processes.
- Analyze and optimize distribution for efficient and effective market penetration (Route to Market Optimization).
- Collaborate with regional resources to ensure a strong digital brand presence, enhancing customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Organize and lead selected product learning programs with customers.
- Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to align on strategic objectives and drive business success.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar higher-level practical studies within the food industry.
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG and/or food service sales development and marketing, with an understanding of foodservice and/or retail key account operations.
- Fluent in both Thai and English.
- Strong leadership competencies: resilient, independent, and able to overcome challenges.
- Results-driven with a proven track record. High energy and engaging personality.
- Commercial acumen with strategic and creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
