About the Role

TDCX is seeking an Account Management Specialist to join our team supporting the Thai market. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will partner with different departments, own talent brand campaigns, and collaborate with product teams to improve our service offerings.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing best-in-class customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve their performance.
  • Partner with different departments to better assist customers.
  • Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new requests and exploring opportunities to add value.
  • Own all aspects of the talent brand campaign, from making recommendations on target audiences to proving ROI through campaign insights.
  • Collaborate with product teams to improve service offerings and campaign management tools to meet customer needs.
  • Support customer communication and education, including a best-in-class experience and ad hoc education needs.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any field.
  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfort working with computers, multiple systems, and ability to learn and adapt to new ones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market (Thai).

Nice to Have

  • 2 years of working experience in a related field is preferable.
