WSH Group is seeking an Assistant Chef to join our team at Townley Grammar School in Bexleyheath. This role is crucial for ensuring students receive nutritionally balanced and tasty food, assisting with meal planning, preparation, and cooking to maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and service.
What You'll Do
- Assist with all planning, preparing, and cooking of meals to the required standard.
- Ensure the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers.
- Brief kitchen teams on menus and service.
- Ensure all food safety and health and safety procedures are applied continuously.
- Carry out company bookwork.

- Enhanced DBS disclosure (will be obtained for the role).
