EssilorLuxottica is looking for an Assistant Brand Business Manager to become a key player within our SEAK Professional Solutions (Wholesale) team based in Singapore. You will focus on driving the performance of our Ray-Ban and Fast Fashion brands across multiple markets. Your role will center on developing and deploying comprehensive brand strategies, leading the execution of campaigns and product launches, and ensuring premium brand execution across all B2B and B2C touchpoints.
What You'll Do
- Develop and drive the brand business plan aligned with market dynamics across 7 markets, local needs, and global guidelines.
- Act as the regional brand owner, ensuring consistency, premium execution, and strong local impact for brand awareness.
- Translate global brand priorities into actionable, market-relevant strategies to strengthen equity and drive sustainable growth.
- Lead campaign execution and own the go-to-market strategy for new product launches.
- Ensure flawless execution across all touchpoints (trade, PR, media) within timelines, budget, and brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute media campaigns, analyzing KPIs to continuously improve performance.
- Partner with corporate teams to ensure effective collaboration on brand strategy and asset deployment.
- Lead B2C activations focused on consumer engagement and cultural relevance.
- Monitor brand activation performance and conduct post-event analysis.
- Build B2B programs targeting wholesale partners to strengthen brand visibility and sell-in performance.
- Partner with commercial and trade marketing teams to support distribution expansion, identify priority channels, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Work closely with regional functions (PR, trade marketing, commercial) to align brand initiatives with business priorities.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance using sell-in/sell-out data.
- Own monthly business reviews, consolidate and analyze performance versus targets, and identify risks and opportunities.
- Monitor the marketing budget, ensuring accurate allocation across markets, projects, and initiatives.
- Influence stakeholders and drive alignment within a complex organization.
