Responsibilities
- Lead daily operational and administrative functions for all contracted security services.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, including Title 49 C.F.R. Part 1542, TSA directives, and airport-specific requirements.
- Supervise security staff and team leaders, overseeing hiring, scheduling, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all assigned security positions, including procedures, staffing needs, and associated risks.
- Act as the main point of contact on-site for coordination with TSA, airport authorities, law enforcement, and partner agencies.
- Enforce and evaluate quality assurance protocols, training programs, and performance benchmarks across all security posts.
- Direct emergency response efforts during critical incidents, ensuring prompt reporting, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Create, update, and implement standard operating procedures and post-specific instructions.
- Ensure all security personnel complete required onboarding, training, and certification per contractual obligations.
- Track and optimize staffing levels, contract performance indicators, and service delivery standards.
- Deliver regular updates, reports, and briefings to the Contract Security Manager.
- Assist in preparing for and responding to audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.

- Available on a 24/7/365 basis to respond to incidents, emergencies, and operational requirements.
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day
- Employment and assignment are contingent upon contract award, funding authorization, and any required client approvals.
