The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh School of Nursing and Health Professions is hiring a tenure-track Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. You will join a mission-driven team committed to advancing well-being in all communities through education, research, and practice. This role balances teaching, scholarship, and service with a focus on nursing education or advanced practice nursing.
What You'll Do
- Teach undergraduate and graduate nursing courses.
- Perform campus, community, and professional service.
- Engage in scholarship and research activities.
What We're Looking For
- A graduate of an accredited nursing program from a regionally accredited institution.
- A doctoral degree (PhD or DNP) appropriate to your content area, or near degree completion.
- If applying as an advanced practice nurse practitioner, eligibility for national certification with ANCC or AANP.
- An unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse and/or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, eligible for Wisconsin licensure.
- Five or more years of clinical nursing experience.
Nice to Have
- Undergraduate and graduate level teaching experience.
- Distance or online teaching experience.
- Evidence of scholarship and service.
