The Assistant Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Canadian People & Culture team by managing core administrative functions across the employee lifecycle. This includes maintaining up-to-date personnel records in the HRIS system for new hires, current employees, and separations, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage employee documentation using standardized templates, including offer letters, employment confirmations, and verification requests.
- Collaborate with payroll to complete onboarding requirements efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate background checks and reference verifications, following established procedures and reporting outcomes promptly.
- Support additional HR processes as needed, adapting to evolving priorities with precision and initiative.
Qualifications and Skills
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with demonstrated proficiency in French and formal language certification. Candidates should bring 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, with direct exposure to HRIS platforms. Familiarity with global HR practices is an asset.
