Company is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator for the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets location. In this critical role, you will create a safe environment for employees and customers by protecting people, assets, and brands. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating external theft and fraud trends through investigations and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Identify, resolve, and provide training around internal and external theft awareness and reduction.
- Manage emergency preparedness, risk analysis, and threat mitigation.
- Support and execute shortage and safety program objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership, internal and external partners, and law enforcement to build cases and support prosecution through the Habitual Offender Program.
- Manage operational controls and ensure compliance.
- Conduct investigations focusing on Habitual Offenders and high-impact external theft or fraud incidents using company technology.
- Train Store Leaders and Brand Associates in safe practices for handling external theft events and using Company Case Management and Reporting systems.
- Interact with State, County, and Local Law Enforcement to develop comprehensive cases for habitual and aggressive offenders.
- Provide expertise to influence Law Enforcement Agencies in the safe apprehension of offenders.
- Represent Company and work with Prosecuting Attorney’s Offices to prosecute cases that meet legal standards.

- Skill in researching process or transaction flow to identify the root cause of errors.
- Experience in effectively training and onboarding new employees and helping to foster an inclusive environment.
