JLL is hiring a Utilities SME to oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for critical utility systems. In this onsite role based in Añasco, PR, you will lead engineering team meetings, ensure compliance with cGMP requirements, and manage vendor relationships.
What You'll Do
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for critical utility systems
- Review performance data and maintenance reports to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead engineering team meetings and coordinate maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements and regulatory standards
- Manage vendor relationships and contractor performance
- Analyze system failures and implement corrective actions
- Develop and monitor departmental budgets and resource allocation
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance engineering management
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for utility systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with maintenance strategy development
- Project management certification
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment
- Six Sigma or Lean certification
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience implementing predictive maintenance technologies
- Energy management certification
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental regulations
