About the Role
This position supports the processing and preparation of digital media files for distribution, ensuring all assets meet internal standards and are correctly formatted for their intended use.
Responsibilities
- Process digital files according to established quality guidelines
- Verify asset completeness and accuracy before release
- Tag and categorize media using standardized metadata protocols
- Collaborate with team members to resolve asset discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital storage systems
- Perform quality checks on converted media formats
- Prepare files for multi-platform delivery
- Follow documented workflows for asset ingestion
- Report technical issues related to file processing
- Assist in updating asset tracking databases
- Support version control for revised media
- Ensure naming conventions are consistently applied
- Respond to internal requests for asset retrieval
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Adhere to project timelines for asset delivery
- Convert files between formats as required
- Review assets for compliance with technical specifications
- Maintain awareness of content release schedules
- Assist in auditing existing digital libraries
- Follow security protocols when handling sensitive content
- Document exceptions in asset processing logs
- Use internal tools to monitor workflow status
- Support cross-functional teams with asset needs
- Attend training sessions to stay current on tools and standards
