Accountabilities: · Oversee concept development, design, and creation of creative resources across multiple accounts and platforms. · Engage with copywriters, designers, and project teams to ensure unified and impactful visual communication. · Uphold creative standards through comprehensive review, constructive critique, and professional guidance. · Manage project lifecycles comprehensively, meeting deadlines and guaranteeing exceptional delivery quality. · Offer strategic input to production personnel and supervise specifications to facilitate smooth production processes. · Deliver compelling presentations to internal teams and clients, converting complex content into engaging visual narratives. · Continuously monitor and incorporate contemporary design trends, technological tools, and emerging techniques in healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, or related discipline; pharmaceutical marketing experience preferred. · Minimum 4 years of experience as an Art Director in creative agency environments. · Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint; comfortable with both Mac and PC platforms. · Exceptional creative problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and effective technological application in design contexts. · Superior project management, leadership, and collaborative skills; demonstrating proactive approach and professional confidence. · Expertise in transforming data, charts, and infographics into compelling visuals for diverse audience segments. · Exceptional communication and client presentation capabilities.
