Start Date: ASAP Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (Cebu) Nature of the Account: Retail Type of Support: Non-Voice Shift: 9AM to 6PM Qualifications: At least 5 years of graphic design experience in print with a strong branding focus, including team leadership and a clear, thoughtful approach to space and typography in print design. Strong preference with experience in fashion and lifestyle design and visuals Finished a Bachelor's Degree - Any Discipline Skills Required Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Indesign specifically Proven ability to design visually compelling print pieces with strong spatial design ability, typography and color usage Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Adaptable and positive, embracing change proactively Effective communicator and collaborator, comfortable working independently or in teams Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and adherence to instructions Good to have: Experience in fashion retail Job Description: Create visually appealing print designs that reflect brand identity with strong typography and attention to detail Maintain high standards of speed, accuracy, and quality in all work Efficiently implement design changes and apply feedback to meet deadlines Ensure brand consistency adhering to creative guidelines Stay updated on design and social media trends in fashion and retail
