Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior creative leadership to adapt global brand vision into compelling digital executions for direct-to-consumer and online retail environments.
- Design and oversee digital content creation for marketing campaigns and product launches, using both artificial intelligence tools and traditional photo shoots as appropriate.
- Create visual storylines, thematic boards, and structured content frameworks that reflect campaign goals and brand identity.
- Take lead on select in-house photo productions, ensuring visual elements like lighting, composition, and styling meet brand guidelines.
- Produce still and motion imagery using AI technologies, including prompt crafting, output editing, and final quality refinement to match brand standards.
- Supervise image curation, post-production editing, and retouching with attention to detail and consistency.
- Develop market-ready digital assets for various channels, establishing internal standards and creative direction that support integrated campaigns across websites, email, and paid advertising on brand and retail partner sites.
- Manage content planning and implementation for new direct-to-consumer platforms, enforcing high creative standards and pushing boundaries within cross-channel best practices.
- Oversee product page design for direct-to-consumer and retail partner websites, coordinating with global campaign teams to align with asset timelines and e-commerce optimization principles.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered tools to speed up ideation, product rendering, asset development, and digital content creation across platforms.
- Manage concurrent high-speed projects, delivering polished results through both conventional and AI-based workflows while adhering to brand ethics, inclusivity values, and creative quality.
- Help refine creative processes to incorporate AI-generated content without compromising brand authenticity or creative integrity.
- Work closely with production staff, designers, and outside vendors to maintain creative consistency throughout all stages of content production when applicable.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure creative output supports business goals and seasonal strategies.
- Present concepts and creative decisions clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders, explaining strategic reasoning.
- Support a collaborative and respectful team environment rooted in creative excellence and shared accountability.
